A practical exercise

Emotion cards are a great way of working with light inspiration and beginning the process of learning to speak without having to have a script to follow, the key is to speak from the heart and direct the content of your talk towards a personal experience that you have  firsthand knowledge of.   First choose a word,  then allow your mind to reflect on a situation that you experienced which you can relate to the word chosen.   When you have the memories active in your consciousness, shift the focus to describing your experience without the content details that make this memory yours. In other words leave out the personal details and just tell the story.    Keep the emotional connection with the memory while you share the experience.

It is easy to talk about something that you have a personal connection with, I can assure you that pretty soon you will be totally caught up in the story and will be unconscious of the fact that you are the centre of attention, standing at the front of the room with all eyes on you.   You will also be surprised at just how comprehensive your discussion will become without any forward planning or thought.   You will be caught up in the moment. It is at this point when spirit gently take over the procedure and you begin to discuss the subject from a point of observer rather that director.

Spirit art takes many forms from sketch to pastel drawings, each artist works differently but they all have one thing in common, the artist is being guided by the spirit entity whose image is to be put on paper. 

One way to create this image is for spirit to impress their image directly onto the mediums mind, so the spirit artist can draw that image for the sitter, they can use charcoal and pastel, using their clairvoyant faculty the artist may see the picture of the spirit person as an image in the mind’s eye.

Each person who works to develop their psychic ability will become very adept at working with their own style of mediumship.   Remember the more you pay attention to the form of the delivery the more you can recognize your own independent style of mediumship and art work.   This becomes your psychic fingerprint with which no other person can match only hope to emulate.

Quite often what begins to happen is that the spirit image will literally evolve from within the paper, it can seem to an onlooker that the medium is drawing around the image on the page, instead of the artist creating the image, this is a wonder to behold when it happens and it reinforces just how  magical working with the spirit realms can be.

Spirit art is a wonderful way of working, because there is no better evidence that seeing with your own eyes, it's the recognition of the image that the artist is drawing, as a loved one, coupled with the message from the departed spirit, thought the mediumship of the artist that makes this a unique method of communication.
